All on-site services include a pre-visit planning call and follow-up documentation. Minimum 14-day notice for on-site engagements. 50% deposit required to confirm booking. Cancellations within 7 days of scheduled visit may incur a 25% fee. Postponements due to weather or client emergencies will be accommodated.
